Dos vencedores, destacam-se as séries Ted Lasso e The Crown, como os grandes vencedores da noite com 4 e 3 galardões, respectivamente. Em relação às distribuidoras, não existiu nenhuma surpresa, sendo a Netflix e HBO, seguidas por Apple TV+ e NBC, como aqueles que adquiriram um maior número de prémios, sendo que estas também dominavam o número de nomeações.

Nesta cerimónia, ainda existiram alguns prémios honorários, como são os casos: Bo Burnham (Inside), com a premiação Virtuoso. Marta Kauffman (Friends) com a premiação Icon Tv. Tom Ellis (Lucifer) com o galardão de Icon Pop. Cobra Kai, também recebeu o prémio Legacy. New Amsterdam para além da sua premiação de Melhor Série de Drama de Network, também recebeu o prémio Impact. Por fim, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist foi premiada com o prémio Spotlight.
